1. Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item includes all original tags and packaging
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Worn, used, or damaged items (not caused by MONEVA)
- Items returned after the 7-day period
- All sale or promotional items
All discounted purchases are considered final sale.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo evidence
Once verified, you may receive:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)
4. Refund Process

- Follow the return instructions provided
Items must be returned before any refund is processed.

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, MONEVA will cover the return cost
