Refund Policy


At MONEVA, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and structured refund process.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The item includes all original tags and packaging

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Worn, used, or damaged items (not caused by MONEVA)
  • Items returned after the 7-day period
  • All sale or promotional items

All discounted purchases are considered final sale.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence

Once verified, you may receive:

  • A replacement item, or
  • Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email admin@moneva.co.za
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Follow the return instructions provided

Items must be returned before any refund is processed.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, MONEVA will cover the return cost

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • Processing delays may occur depending on your provider
